Corporations must declare citizenship.
Companies that do not declare United States citizenship would fall under tariff provisions with tariffs set at a sufficient level to deter defection
Companies that declare US citizenship would pay US taxes based on all of their holdings, both foreign and domestic.
Create a flat tax for corporations to eliminates loopholes.
30% (5% less than the current rate)
Corporations employing US citizens and legal workers on US soil would receive a reduction in their tax rate
50% of US citizens employed on US soil would result in a reduction of 3%
75% = reduction of 8%
100% = reduction of 14%
All corporations (regardless of citizenship) must abide by FLSA.
