Revise the current judicial system to give appropriate time and sentences to all people guilty of a crime.

In recent events ill fitting punishments have been given to people that have committed crimes, rapists only serving a year or less in jail some not at all saying it was the girls fault. Or a person that pirated something of the internet having to serve 5 plus years. When downloading something is considered worse than rape there is a serious issue with the judicial system. A person that has raped another human being regardless of age, clothing or condition of the victum, MUST BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE.
