revise current tax laws

Petition to revise current tax laws that any individual taxpayer may only get back a maximum tax return for the amount paid into the income tax system.United States tax law attempts to define a comprehensive system of measuring income in a complex economy. Provisions defining income or granting/removing benefits require significant definitions. Further, many state income tax laws do not conform to federal tax laws. These factors and others have resulted in substantial complexity in the tax codes. Consequently, our tax laws for income has allowed some people to receive more money from income tax filings than they paid in. Income tax laws need to be revised to ensure taxpayers can only get back that amount of money they have paid in to the system and not a penny more.
