Revise elections. Require proof of citizenship and a minimum number of votes to be a candidate. Eliminate and eradicate the "two party system." Require candidates to engage in civil, round-table, issue-based dialogue in pre-elections. Allow the public to "vote" rankings of candidates (1...n) through rounds of discussion. For Presidential elections, let the highest ranked top 4 continue on to a vote. Do not allow media to promote or influence opinion on anything election related (issue gag) via internet, television, video's, magazines, etc. but only to provide records of discussion, minus opinion. Provide all elements related to elections (travel, accommodations, advertising air time, signage etc) free. Require 'the govt.' to be proportionately economically representative of the populace.
