This petition is to inform and demand a revised trial for the court case of Ethan Couch, the rich 16 year old teen that killed 4 people and severely injured 2 while driving drunk. Couch was not sentenced to any time in jail after his attorneys successfully argued that the teen suffered from so-called affluenza and needed rehabilitation, and not prison. I urge everyone to take a stand and to use your freedom of petition to bring this irresponsible teen to justice. I am saying this from the perspective of the American teenager that I am. This is not how we are, and let us bring Couch to justice for not only taking the lives of 4 people but to also reflect the involvement of the American people in this fight. I just want an equal America for all. We the people demand.
