Revise the Freedom of Information Act to declassify Area 51, as well as any information our government and military holds on off-world life and visitation. Declassify all reports on close encounters. Make all cover ups illegal and hold those that do try to hide things from the people guilty of treason and threat to human progression.
Also declassify any and all information that is not directly tied into military tactics and strategy's. Despite what the military will claim, knowledge of extra terrestrial encounters, technology and involvement in society does not directly affect tactics and strategies and will therefor not compromise the lives of soldiers involved in combat missions.
