Use the taxes paid into the IRS to go toward it's intended use rather than giving it to low income earners that have children. Each year these people look forward to thousands of dollars in "Refunds" that they did not pay in. If we did not give this money away, we wouldn't have the need to implement tax rate increases and make cuts to the meager benefits available to people who have worked and paid in to Social Security and Medicare thier whole adult lives.When workers qualify, return what they paid in, but stop giving them what others paid in. Pay our bills to reduce the deficit rather than giving money away!
