Productivity at work is directly correlated to the happiness of employees and most employees are much happier when they have more vacation time. Time to spend with family or friends, time to do things that they would not have the ability to go and do being stuck at work.
It is time that The US mandates time off from work since corporations will not voluntarily do this and considering that we are far behind many other similar countries It is about time.
