Too many parents are subjugated to mistreatment and inequality, especially when it comes their dependents. Property and debt is split unfairly, non custodial parents are ordered to pay exasperated amounts, children are sometimes intentionally withheld, more often by the custodial parent to maintain leverage.
Non custodial parents are expected to create a second lifestyle all while support goes unchecked in some states.
Reform the laws surrounding family and child support to make it truly equal. Stop turning one parent into a criminal when no law technically is never broken. Stop infringing on our basic rights that are used against this nations citizens.
Formulate laws that will target the unfair and unethical parents and grant pardon on parents who make attempts to be a parent
