Revise the Millennium Copyright Act to provide buyers the same protection for digital goods as physical ones.

Created by A.M. on March 11, 2013

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act was created in an era where buying digital goods directly was unheard of. Now many consumers have little to no copyrights for content they buy digitally. The act needs to be revised in order to allow the full control of the media by its owner, and the ability to make legal, personal backup copies of the file as can be made of physical media.
