Revise the national building code requiring the use of balistic safety glass for public school construction.

Created by P.W. on December 24, 2012

School building construction codes shoul stipulate security requirements for human entry ways, to include balistic glass if the design of the entry way includes windows or full pane glass. The construction should be such as to prevent intruder entry by firearm or blunt instrument, for the protection of students and faculty, to enable safe harbor of occupants, and to enable law enforcement to be able to react to unlawful entry.
