The following revisions should be considered:
1. Compel insurance companies to lower their prices first.
2. Offer incentives for people that keep themselves in good health through exercise, healthy eating, et cetera.
3. Make mental health care more easily accessible.
4. Allow a once in a lifetime opt-out option for each individual at 21 years of age.
Outside of a national health care plan, the following should be considered to enhance the previous revisions:
1. Compel the market to lower the prices of fresh foods.
2. Reinstate a one hour period of physical education in all United States public schools.
3. Create national tax hikes on all debilitating drugs and foods; put this money toward education and health care.
