Revise the official response to "Legalize and Regulate Marijuana in a Manner Similar to Alcohol" to reflect the truth.

Rebuttal to official White House response:

"our concern about marijuana (MJ) is based on what the science tells us about the drug's effects."
Selective. There are many scientific studies that show MJ has a therapeutic effect, and more studies are needed, but its classification is a hindrance.

"MJ use is a significant source for voluntary drug treatment admissions and visits to emergency rooms."
False. The mere mention of MJ is not cause for attribution to treatment and ER situations.

"research shows their brains continue to develop well into their 20's."
Assumption. There is conflicting evidence to suggest that MJ use deters brain development, unlike alcohol. But we can all agree to disallow minors.
