Revise or Extend the changes made in the Army Regulation AR670-1

The Tattoo policy is unfair.Think of how many lives this policy changes when it involves the enlisted and the applying.Instead of the slogan "BE ALL YOU CAN BE", we have adopted the"ARMY OF ONE"slogan.The "ONE" can be interpreted as either UNITY,being or amounting to a single unit or individual or entire thing;Or, Communism and Dictatorship.This is just a concerted effort to not only discriminate but to segregate and eliminate ethnic people from applying.If everyone affected by this regulation would resign,the military would literally be an "ARMY OF ONE." So enlisted are GRANDFATHERED.Applicant numbers will also decrease.I'm 28 and have hit rock bottom and because of this policy I'm exempt.Removing tattoos can be painful,so help remove unath.ones.change&pain deserve a chance!
