Revise the organ transplant list so that patients receive an organ based on health and the responsibility to care for it

Created by T.R. on January 13, 2013

Having children at the top of the transplant list is not fair to people who are just over 18. The age range should be expanded from 18 to at least 30 having those people at the top at the list as well. Receiving an organ should be based on the health needs of the patient and the responsibility to care for it and to make sure all medications are taken. If patients need a second transplant, they must be reevaluated before going back on the transplant list to see if they are still eligible.
