Most other developed nations dispensed with their least-vaue coin years ago. It's time to discontinue the penny. Round things off to the nearest five cents. Also, design a lightweight dollar coin that people will be willing to use, and stop printing paper dollars. A paper dollar only lasts 18 months; a dollar coin will last forever.
