Revise restrictive laws placed by the FAA on model aircraft and UAVs

The FAA has proposed several extremely restrictive laws regulating UAVs (known to the public as drones) and model aircraft. These laws disallow modelers from being compensated for flying model aircraft and don't allow them to fly beyond line of sight (LOS). This defies the point of UAVs, as most of their use lies in flying beyond visual range. This is unfair to modelers and companies whose careers and businesses rest with these aircraft, and is unfair to the people who could benefit from them, such as farmers creating aerial maps of their fields or police using UAVs for search and rescue. I would like the FAA to remove the LOS requirement and the ban on compensation for flying a UAV, as they are extremely safe, most being below 1 kilogram in weight and made of foam.
