This executive order is basically saying; that if an American citizen makes a donation to a brave american that has revealed the US Government is engaged in ILLEGAL and draconian methods. The government now has the power to seize all finances and private property of the citizen making the donation. This needs to be revised and or eliminated from this draconian executive order. This is anti-American and the US government has gone too far. It needs to stop. Government officials engaged in ILLEGAL surveillance should be brought to justice through the US justice system.
