Revise the Service Dog Animal policy

I suggest that individuals such as myself that have a Service Dog be required to take the service dog to the DMV and show their Service Dog provides a service. The DMV would then add the large word DOG or a picture of the dog in the background of the Drivers license or State ID. This would stop the fake service dogs that I and others come in contact with much too often. These fake service dogs attempt to attack real Service Dogs, and people. My service dog will pass other dogs and show no aggression. My family and service dog in the last 12 months have nearly been attacked by fake service dogs 7 times. Also these fake service dogs relieve themselves in stores also. I totally understand that pet owners would like to take their pets with them, but unfortunately are a danger to the public.
