Revise Tattoo Policy for Armed Forces

A friend of mine has no criminal background and wanted to serve his country but could not due to a "Tattoo" of the punisher skull he got in admiration to the late Kris kyle's company "Craft" logo, located below his cufflink on his hand.. i feel that if you want to serve your country and are 35 and under healthy with no criminal background you should be allowed to serve! he wanted to better his life for his family.. i feel this would create better job opportunities and get alot more recruits into our armed forces, this is apart of discrimination and profiling and the policy should be revised immediately
