Revise the U. S. Constitution to better address today's issues i.e. gun laws.

Created by K.B. on December 31, 2012

The original U. S. Constitution was written in 1776 to set standards according to the issues of that time period. It would be nice to revise the constitution to meet today's standards and issues. For example, th 2nd amendment allowing Americans to bear arms should be revised in the wake of the plethera of recent shootings. I was not around in 1776, but am sure there were mental health issues as there are today. We talk about "good people" and "bad people" possessing firearms. However, as a mental health professional, those same good people can "snap" and use those same firearms for bad things. This is a part of the "crminal mind" that we all possess.
