Revise the visa status H4, my family has come legaly to the U.S. but only one of us has the right of work.

This is a petition from a married woman who has leaved her work, friends and family in Europe to became here a second class non-immigrant visa holder.
I consider my skills would be appreciated for many companies here in the United States as I have studies of Master's level in Physics and I am fluent in four European languages, but seems the visa status H4 is making me very hard to incorporate in this society.
I am a person who has been educated to work and I feel my develop as a person has been interrupted since I arrived here.
