WELFARE System needs revision with the following revisions:
1) Hispanics and other immigrants can not apply for welfare for up to 3 years upon entering the United States.
Currently, the receive WELFARE to include Food Stamps, Housing Vouchers to pay RENT, and WIC.; while hard-working Americans work 2 or 3 jobs--
2) WELFARE recipients should be required to submit to a) a drug test--monthly, b)both parents should be required to have a full-time employment producing employment pay stubs to DSS; c) get enrolled in a 2 year college program that will lead to full-time employment--Dentist, Mechanic, Hairdresser, etc...
3) WELFARE recipients should not be allowed to have more children once on WELFARE to con the system into paying them more welfare.
