Revision of the Disability Act. is needed. Too many america are homeless and fighting a disability.

I am an american who suffer from a disability, who has been fighting a disability and homelessness for most of my adult life. I do not have any support to help me and the process for disability to is like a cat and mouse chase; purposefully drawn out and misused by so many that it cause homeless and sometimes even death or imprisonment like that is the better choice but it is sad that the middle class and rich is only geting richer while I suffer daily to live well below poverty means. I need your help to bring justice and equality to all as stated my our constitutional Rights. I do not need a hand out approach but hand up approach. Thanks
