Revisit the Bill of Rights and the US Constitutional Amendments to Sensibly Reapply Their Tenets to 21st Century America

President Obama, we the People of the United States do hereby petition you, with due diligence, contemplation and humility, to:
Have revisited the Amendments to the Constitution of the United States, including the profound wisdom of the Bill of Rights, and reapply their tenets to the America they preside over here in the 21st century. These articles are in dire need of deft revision, true to the ideals of our esteemed Forefathers and predecessors, but modernized to make their core concepts of freedom, civil liberties, equality, societal stability and all pertinent principles again relevant to the Men and Women who call the United States home.
This heavy task should fall to volunteers, impartial and varied, respected citizens, to see all of America done Justice in representation.
