Dzokhar Tsarnaev has already been labeled as "guilty" in the eyes of the media and most Americans. We are forgetting that in this country, a person is innocent until proven guilty, and must be proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. He, like any American citizen, should be given a fair and impartial trial. I'm not saying he's absolutely not guilty, but I am saying that we cannot call him guilty without due process.
Dzokhar's human rights have already been violated. Let's not let it happen again.
