Revisit IRS deductions for nonprofit 501(c)(3) animal charities.

Created by K.P. on April 02, 2014

Why allow tax deductions for donations to animal rescues since many have the Holier than thou attitude towards qualified adopters? This is common today to have someone lose an animal to cancer and go to a shelter to find a new friend only to be turned down.
By allowing tax deductible donations to these orgs, we are basically supporting puppy mills. Why? once turned down by a rescue, the person will go to a nearby puppy store. Pretty simple, they urge folks to rescue, but discriminated against qualified owners.
