Revisit the National Minimum Drinking Age Act of 1984 and consider reducing the drinking age to 18 years old.

We the people request the Obama Administration revisit National Minimum Drinking Age Act of 1984 (NMDAA) and consider reverting the minimum mandatory federal drinking age to 18 years old and allow the states to decide from there what they believe the minimum drinking age should be without penalty of losing federal highway funds. The NMDAA has not stopped underage drinking and I am a firm believer if a military member is willing to deploy to anywhere in the world in service of our country, then drinking a beer legally with his/her buddies should be allowed; this should also apply to all citizens of the US because equality is equality.
