REVIVE & FUND U.S. R&D for Safer & Plutonium-Free Thorium-based (a k a LFTR) Energy technologies, & RECLASSIFY Thorium.

Several talks promote Thorium as an abundant, cheap, Plutonium-free &, most important, safer alternative nuclear fuel.

I, for one, feel strongly that the time is right to research, develop & utilize "Liquid Fluoride Thorium Reactors" (a.k.a. LFTR's) to make Electricity & other forms of Energy, etc.
