The mayority of Puerto Ricans do not speak English, don't know the basics of USA history and government, the USA National Anthem nor can pass the USCIS naturalization test.
Puerto Rico high level of corruption impede all federal funding and benefits to serve their original purpose. Because of impunity, many Puerto Ricans from different education and socioeconomic levels, abuse or defraud of the federal funding, including social security, SSI, food stamp programs, housing subsides, among others.
These breaches represent a risk for our national security and our economy.
