Algebra 2 is a rigorous course that shouldn't be required for students to take. The course is extremely difficult and doesn't have a significant impact on line. The class time dedicated to Algebra 2 could be dedicated to benefitting students by giving them classes to help them in their adult life. Culinary arts, Nursing, Mechanics, etc are just a few examples of ways we as a nation could make that classroom time more valuable.
