Revoke any and all rights from U.S. Citizens who carry out terrorism on U.S. soil.

Any American Citizen who commits an act of terrorism referring only to those violent acts which are intended to create fear (terror); are perpetrated for a religious, political or, ideological goal; and deliberately target or disregard the safety of non-combatants (civilians) in the U.S.A. by using weapons that cause mass destruction of property and death of other citizens should not be protected under the fifth amendment including but not limited to the Miranda Rights. Once an act of Terrorism as defined above has been committed by a Citizen these rights should be immediately revoked.
