Revoke the ban on Kinder Eggs.

Kinder Eggs are not dangerous. Fact. They are instead delicious. Fact. Additionally, a Kinder Egg poses a substantially lower amount of danger to a child than a firearm and they have not been banned in many states. Furthermore, if an American was idiotic enough to swallow the contents of a Kinder Egg (plausible), the aforementioned contents can be swiftly ejected from the throat, using basic first aid techniques... The same cannot be said for bullets. Ban firearms, or revoke the ban on Kinder Eggs. This is not on behalf of Kinder, this is on behalf of the American people and common sense.
