While the freedom of speech, as cited from http://www.uscourts.gov/EducationalResources/ClassroomActivities/FirstAm..., states that using some obscene words or gestures to present a political statement is fine, using any speech to cause harm to others is NOT protected nor is making obscene materials (which I assume also means hate speech signs)
They apparently hate the US so much, let's get them out.
