Revoke Congress pay raises, and cap at 125K

Congress is over paid, no company in the red would give pay raises.Revoke the ability of elected officials to give themselves pay raises. Cap the pay at $125K., Income tax should be set as a flat tax of 15% across the board. No one who earns a pay check would be filing a return at the end of the year. This would eliminate (False filing) and reduce the number of IRS agents needed.
