If a Foreign Country caused as much destruction on our soil and treated our laws with the same disregard, we would have bombed them out of existence by now.
How many more oil spills will it take? Look them up and see how many times they have been investigated for negligence and other criminal activities. Look at how many fines they have paid since their inception without ever admitting guilt.
If this were a human being we would have been past the three strikes rule about a century ago. We would have executed any person so callously criminal and with so little regard and absolutely no remorse.
