Revoke DEERS Enrollment Facility status from State National Guard facilities that deny enrollment to same sex couples.

Since Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) hardware, software, and ID cards are property of the federal government, the individual states requiring their National Guard facilities to deny DEERS are not following lawful orders from the Department of Defense regarding the enrollment of lawfully married, same-sex couples. Since these facilities aren't following lawful orders from the Department of Defense, these facility's ability to enroll personnel into DEERS, and issue DoD creditials, should be revoked.
