Revoke all gluttonous benefits Congress is provided and treat them no better than regular government employees. Their perspective for being an American may change for the better. For example: No more using tax payer money for mass mailing & ridiculous redecorating allowances ($573.9 million in FY2012). No 3K tax deduction for travel since its part of the job. No additional insurance/retirement benefits! They CHOSE the job they are in. No immunity from parking tickets or any other AMERICAN LAW that everyone is required to follow! Tax payers money shouldn't be used to pay off those tickets! The list goes on....
