Every day single day, Fox News puts out offensive and blatantly inaccurate information. It's not that the producers and anchors are unaware that everything they say is false and hateful; they consciously choose to mislead and deceive their viewers in an effort to promote a ignorant fundamentalist agenda. This would not be an issue if they were not successful; however, they are the most popular cable news station on the air. And according to a study by the Pew Research Center: Fox News viewers are the most uninformed group of cable news consumers. Even less so than those who do not watch any news at all. It is not just that Fox News doesn't report the actual news, they create whatever news is most effective in conveying the world view they want, most desperately, to be true.
