For those who occupied the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, over and above what ever charges the individuals are convicted of, each should have all their firearms confiscated and their permits revoked.
Having forcefully, and unlawfully, taken over the Refuge the participants have shown a lack of judgement and threatened to use armed force to defend themselves which could have resulted in a situation that escalated much more than it actually did
Since the number of incidents surrounding gun violence has increased, the government should remove guns (and their ownership) from those individuals who clearly pose a threat to society.
