This petition is to revoke the mandate that they have established with the Affordable Care Act! Americans should not be forced into buying healthcare, and should not have to pay a penalty for not having healthcare. Healthcare costs have gotten so expensive, they are no longer affordable for a large group of people. There are many people that make just enough money to not qualify for subsidies. We should not be forced by the government to purchase health insurance or pay a penalty. By revoking the mandate, you are letting Americans decide whether they want to participate in the marketplace, or not.
