In a tradition dating back to 1952, Presidential candidates receive their own top-secret intelligence briefings. We call on the Obama administration to: 1) cease providing Hillary Clinton with these customary briefings; 2) clarify whether Presidential candidates require security clearance in order to receive these briefings; 3) and revoke Hillary Clinton's security clearance.
While the FBI has declined to recommend criminal prosecution of Clinton, Director Comey made it clear that extreme carelessness in handling very sensitive , highly classified information often subjects the individual to security or administrative sanctions. Clinton's mishandling of information, and lying about that mishandling to the American people, requires swift, stern, non-partisan action by the Administration.
