The IRS should not have the power to block the obtaining of a Passport nor the power to revoke someone's passport. This is a gross overreach of an institution that should not have authority over government issued Identification. This posses great risk to Us Citizens abroad. Our Trust in the IRS has been GREATLY diminished in recent years and we should not be rewarding them with even more power.
