Justin Bieber is a Canadian citizen who lives and works in the U.S. on an O class visa because of his supposed extraordinary ability or achievement in the arts. We believe that Justin Bieber does not deserve this visa, and it should be revoked.
Describing his talent as "extraordinary" requires a stretch of the imagination. Additionally, Bieber disrespects the good will of the U.S. by flagrantly breaking laws and exhibiting poor judgement and behavior:
1. Arrested for DUI, drag racing, and resisting arrest in Miami, FL 1/23/14
2. Under investigation for felony property damage in excess of $20,000
3. Admitted to smoking marijuana, abusing prescription drugs, and consuming alcohol as a minor.
We ask that the State Department immediately revoke his visa and deport him back to Canada.
