Recently, a law has been considered by legal entities in Arizona that, in truth, is a way for businesses to refuse to serve gays. The details of it are that the businesses believe that because of there being a weak religious basis for refusing to serve LGBTQ's, the law should recognize that their religion prohibits the businesses from serving anyone against their religion.
