Revoke the license of healthcare workers in nursing homes/assisted living facilities for neglect of residents.

I would like to see on the federal level, consequences for nursing homes, assisted living and group homes and the healthcare workers within those facilities. On the federal level any Medicare payments should be stopped immediately and it should be on their record. Then each state should revoke the license of the facility as well as each involved healthcare worker.
