This petition is a means of pressuring the US government to revoke the license of HSBC bank and thus prevent them from doing business in the US. Blatant disregard for US law and ethical practices plus associations and dealings with drug cartels along with violations of sanctions imposed on Iran and others should disallow them from taking part in the US banking market.
