St. Petersburg, Florida radio station 102.5 has aired on numerous occasions a segment called "Retarded News". They have unlawfully altered photographs of children to portray them as supporting this endeavor. The FTC needs to revoke their license to operate and give the bandwidth to an ownership with more public responsibility.
