Revoke the Medical Device Tax which supports the Affordable Health Care Law.

The medical device tax will cripple medical device companies from innovating. This 2.3% tax is levied against a companies total revenue; whether the company makes a profit or not. If we are going to be leaders in the world in innovating new medical devices for patients then we must abolish this tax. As a nation we should be encouraging medical device companies who innovate to save lives, not punish them.
