It has come to light through a journalistic investigation by the associated press that Melania Trump, the wife of a United States presidential candidate, obtained work in the US illegally.
Documents obtained by the AP show that Mrs. Trump was paid approximately $20,526 for 10 modeling assignments during a time when her visa allowed her generally to be in the U.S. and look for work but not perform paid work in the country. The documents examined by the AP indicate that the modeling assignments would have been outside the bounds of her visa.
Making misrepresentations on an application for work permits and/or immigration is a ground of inadmissibility under U.S. immigration law. I would humbly request that her citizenship be revoked immediately.
